How are you , hope your well . My name is Joe and I’m 33 years of age currently on uc and pip benefits . I am hoping to rent a property in the hope of living there full time .

I’m a relaxed guy , no children or animals and very clean . I respect people’s belongings and have no issues sharing with people . In the past i have been a chef , run as-long head chefs so have no issues cooking and been a builder so could potentially help with general maintenance to the property if ever needed .

As stated I am on uc and pip , this is though no fault of my own . It is solely down to health reasons and unable to work . I receive the highest amounts for uc and also once a month I receive pip . Payments of rent wouldn’t be a problem as they can be paided directly to yourself via a a70 form from the job centre and any additional top up , i could pay on a day arranged .
