Full-time hybrid professional & athlete - July

Hello, I am ideally looking for a house share with one or two other individuals from the summer of 2024. Preferably with a spare room/space for the occasional guest. However, I am open to all options.

I am able to work remotely but tend to go into the office 2-3 days a week.. I am also a full-time athlete and travel for training and races frequently throughout the year.

I do cook and bake a lot, so would prefer to have a modern kitchen with counter space (am always happy for taste testers and those who wouldn't mind the occasional dinner party).

I am clean and tidy, respectful, and very athletic (running, climbing, cycling, snowboarding, skiing) so a built in training partner if you show choose.
I respect peoples need for peace and quiet, but would also like to be social with the people I live with.

I am great with animals and would prefer a non-smoking home. I also have a lot of plants, so a house with space for those would be ideal as well.
