PhD student looking for a room

Hi, I'm Lorenzo, an italian PhD student at the University of Edinburgh. I'm looking for a room anywhere at a reasonable distance from George Square/Informatics Forum (either by walk or by bus). I have listed by preferred budget, but it is flexible depending on the location, whether it includes bills, and overall quality of the house. My ideal move-in date is between the 26th of August and the 2nd of September (2024). Something about myself: I am tidy, quiet and respectful of others' boundaries, and will probably spend most of my time either working, going outside or sleeping.
