Post-grad student looking for a room

Hey! I'm moving to Edinburgh (from Oxford) to start a chemistry PhD in September. I'm looking for a room to move in some time at the end of August, preferably with easy access to King's buildings (by bus/bike/walking). I'm open to moving into a house-share or buddying up to find a place. My budget is ~£850 pcm including tax and bills.

I'm a tidy and respectful housemate and excited to explore Edinburgh next year. I love dancing salsa, F1, hanging out with friends and crocheting. I'm looking for housemates that will also keep things tidy and would be happy to socialise. It would be great to hang out and cook together sometimes! I also love animals so pets are fine (a bonus even).
