Our names are Lola & Bec. We are 24 year old single females from Perth, Western Australia. We have just arrived in London and are hoping to find 2 spare double bedrooms in a share house asap. Our budget is 800 pounds pcm each and our ideal area is South West/ West London. We are both currently in the process of finding full time work and have savings for when we first arrive and for the security deposit. I myself work in Property Management so I absolutely understand the importance of a good tenant!
