Couple seeking studio/1 bed flat within GBP1250/-

We are a working couple (aged 30-33), looking for a neat and tidy place that we will maintain spic and span. We love to cook and share meals with neighbors and are board game fans. We are friendly, peace loving, and fun to be with.
I am 33 years old and work as a project manager and she, 32, is a clinical physiotherapist and has recently finished her Masters from University of Leeds.
Looking for a studio apartment or a 1 bedroom flat/house or 2bhk shared with just 1 other couple/professional, preferably furnished but we are flexible to adjust otherwise as well.
We don't smoke or have pets but we are fine if our housemates do.
We are looking for an economic option as we have just arrived in London and there are a lot of expenses to be taken care of. Comfortable with anything upto GBP 1250, can stretch a little depending on the apartment. Prefer something in zones 1,2 or 3. Can consider farther areas if the apartment is close to public transport.
Would like to move in around May/June 2024.
Would like to come for a viewing and finalize asap.
