Hi all!

My name is Bev and my partner Finn and I are looking for a 1 bed flat or double room en-suite long or short term.

We are looking for a 1 bed flat or an en-suite double room in a house share, we are open to a short term sublet or a long term option. The budget is £1600 for a 1 bed flat and £1200 if a house share. We are not looking for a studio unless it has a full kitchen.

Our preferred locations are: SOUTH: Stockwell, Brixton, Clapham, Battersea, Streatham, Tooting as we both have friends who live local to these areas or EAST/NORTH: Islington, Finsbury, Shoreditch, Shadwell because we know these are cool neighbourhoods to live in.

Our hobbies and a bit about us:

I work in national politics in a civil service position as a speech writer/policy researcher in Ireland and will be continuing in that line of work when in London. I have a degree in Law and Political Science. Finn my partner will be working in museum/archaeology industry as he has an Archaeology degree. We are both 23, professional and tidy!

We enjoy relaxing, a drink or dinner or both out and about, cosy nights in, crafts, watching formula 1, cooking together and hanging out with friends - we are both quite social but also enjoy our own space and time to ourselves.
