Hi! I'm Emma, a Crouch Ender with strong ties in the area, looking to flat-hunt with like-minded people in Crouch End, Stroud Green, Finsbury Park, Muswell Hill.

If you love this area as much as I do and don't mind flat hunting together or have an existing flatshare and think I would be suitable, I would love to hear from you! Ideally no more than 4 people altogether, and the upper end of my budget is £1000.

I'm a 45 year old media professional working full time, easy going and laid back. In my spare time I like to keep busy: go out with friends, attend film screenings, yoga, going to the gym, creative writing and drawing. I'm vegetarian but don't care what others eat, and I love my coffee..

What I look for in a flatshare:

I really like a flat/house to be a home. Not a party house but a place we feel comfortable, be able to be sociable together if we want to but be considerate to each other and have our own space. And that we'd keep clean and tidy (open to having a cleaner).
