Friendly Professional looking for a flat/buddy up

Heya, I just got a new job so am looking for somewhere around Vauxhall but really hoping to live with people who are more like friends than flatmates!

I work in architecture (and can definitely geek out on it), outside of that I am into photography, love a trip to an exhibition but can also appreciate a great cocktail or two. It would be great to find people who would like to hang out in the evenings, catching up, watching some Netflix or going to a pub - but I also respect peoples space and know we all have our own social lives. Basically looking for somewhere to call home.

Logistical stuff:
💰 Fairly flexible on budget but ~ £1k including bills
📆 Flexible move in date - ideally as soon as possible but I can move in later for the right place
📍I'm currently living in London so available for viewings whenever suits you
🏳️‍🌈 looking for somewhere LGBTQ+ friendly
♀️ Female house preferred but again can be flexible!
