Queer-friendly flat share needed

Hello. I am looking for a new house share/room to move, ideally by the end of June or July. No short-term/temporary lets please. I am looking for something stable and longer-term.

ABOUT ME

Social, friendly professional who works in education/publishing. I am also studying a part-time course at Kings College London.

I'm an avid lover of cinema - mainly art house and independent films, and I'm frequently at the BFI and attending film screenings/festivals. Other interests include electronic/alternative music, gig goer, contemporary art and keeping reasonably fit and active.

I identify as gay/queer so an inclusive and diverse household is essential. It would be great to find housemates that could potentially become friends too.

LOCATION/RENT

Open to properties in North, East West and South London too as long as there is good, walkable access to a tube station. My ideal budget is ideally between £750 and £900sh (inclusive of all bills).

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

- double bed
- good storage in bedroom with room for a desk as my current job is mainly remote with the occasional day in the office during the month.
- decent proximity to a tube station.
- close proximity to a gym or fitness centre would be ideal.
- a communal space would be wonderful.
- inclusive, LGBTQ+ friendly space
