Looking to buddy up or house share

Hi there,

I'm currently looking for a house share or to buddy up preferably within a quiet area around Stourbridge/Brierley Hill/Cradley Heath/Birmingham areas if possible (or somewhere between Stourbridge and Birmingham if it is close to commuting links). I'm a full time working professional within the Birmingham city centre Mon-Fri (I work in the office in the morning and from home in the afternoon at the moment) and would therefore need somewhere close to train/bus links to commute between home and work. I am currently looking for a place that is around £500 pcm or less with bills included and somewhere to stay long term for now.

I would be available for viewings either in the evening on weekdays or any time on the weekends due to work.

I'm a quiet, easy going and friendly guy who likes to spend my time mostly to myself either reading, watching Netflix, gaming, swimming, learning the guitar or going to gigs/events occasionally. I'm a clean and tidy individual who would like to live with someone similar and preferably with people who also likes quiet spaces.
