I have the top floor of a newly renovated house just off Allerton Road and Rose Lane so close to lots of bars, restaurants, buses and a train station. The house is in a good road and is four bedroomed but only three will be let and there are two living areas in effect one per tenant as my room is self contained. The bathroom is to be shared by the one new tenant with an existing tenent. There is an outside area for barbecues and relaxing and a large kitchen diner. The house has fibre optic broadband, Sky Tv. Each room has its own tv aerial for freeview. The house has all new furniture, newly painted and all mod cons. I am very sociable and look forward to house sharing. There is a cleaner for communal areas.
