Single room in family home.

Single room in a family home to rent. £120 a week all bills included, WiFi also included. Currently myself, my husband, 2 daughters aged 28 & 30, one other lodger living here. We have 2 dogs so must be ok with pets! There is on road parking in the street if needed. We all work different shifts/ days so very rare we are all in at the same time. Shared facilities in the kitchen and bathroom. We have 2 bathrooms one for family use and other for tenants. Would suit a professional who can cater for themselves. We ask for £120 deposit upfront then you pay £120 for the week ahead, we ask for 1 weeks notice when you move out so your deposit will cover the last week when you tell us your moving :-)
