Flat share Birmingham

I am a social and hard working individual, originally from London, and working in Harborne high street in the early mornings. I graduated from the University of Derby last year and moved to Birmingham in June. I am most usually home by 2pm and during the afternoon/evenings I volunteer, go cycling (particularly at Cannon Hill Park only 2 minutes away!), or I'm at home watching t. v. and chilling.
This flat is in the perfect location close to town and other busy areas; Moseley, Kings Heath, Selly Oak, and Harborne. It is particularly convenient for shops and travelling to New Street.

I am looking for a flat mate after my last flat mate moved out to go to University. I would particularly like to have a sociable person, comfortable with sharing a living room and kitchen. There is a spacious bathroom with bath and shower, and a balcony perfect for the sun in the mornings and chilling in the evening summer.
