The Room

THE ROOMS
Room 1 is huge and very light. White walls, carpeted. Big South facing bay window. Double bed, chest of drawers and clothes rail included. Photo doesn’t do it justice. (£620)

THE HOUSE
House is a renovated victorian terrace. Living space with wood burner, kitchen, wooden floors and a nice feel about it. Little back garden - herbs, flowers, chiminea, shed.

ME
Living with just one other, the home owner, me! I work four days in the charity sector and from home a day a week. I’m also training in psychotherapy. I like good books and film, being in nature, cycling and trying to be creative.
I’m generally happy doing my own thing or spending time with my good friends who live locally.

YOU
Would probably suit someone with their own things going on too. Though, a cup of tea in the kitchen or the occasional shared meal very welcome. Someone happy in their own company but up for connecting sometimes. Ideally, someone who works out of the house most of the time.

The vibe of the house is pretty chilled. Definitely a quiet place to recharge. LGBTQ friendly.

Really good transport links - bus stop just across the road and super close to Bristol cycle path.
The room faces a road which can be busy at commuter times.

Space to store bike securely inside.

Good Internet! All bills included.
Would also accept Mon - Fri let also, price could be negotiated.
