£575pcm Double Room - Terrace House - BS7

Hi there,

We are a friendly houseshare looking for someone to fill a double room. Currently it’s - Alex, 30 who works in Digital - Jenny, 25, who works in Project Management - Myself, Tamsin, 28 who works in Account Management.

The room available is a double room and comes fully furnished. It’s on the middle floor - shared with Jenny and has a bathroom with shower and bath.

Alex and I share the top floor with our own bathroom.

The downstairs consists of open plan lounge, dining and kitchen as seen in the pictures and we all share this space.

The kitchen is fully equipped, but you are welcome to add your own bits if you like.

There is a downstairs toilet and utility with washing and dryer with space to hang clothes.

There is also a well kept patio which is south facing with garden furniture and a gas BBQ.

There is no parking but lots of on road parking on the street. We have a secure locked shed in a locked garden with a lock stand in it if you have a bike.

The £575 pcm includes all bills such as council tax, gas, electricity, water, internet and TV License.

We are a socialble house and are looking for someone who wants a home not just a room. We enjoy catching up at the end of a day whilst also respecting each others privacy.

We all enjoy trying out all that the Bristol food scene has to offer. We enjoy music and going to gigs. We also all enjoy keeping fit including running and yoga.
