Double bedroom available -short term

Hi Guys!

I am moving out of our house in Bristol on the 28th October and our cracking housemates are looking for a replacement.

The house has 4 bedrooms and is just off Victoria Avenue in Lawrence Hill, Bristol. It has a kitchen with a breakfast bar/table, a lounge, a patio garden, under stairs storage, 2 bathrooms (1 being an en-suite) and 4 double bedrooms. The room being advertised is shown in the pictures. The bedrooms come fully furnished with double bed and mattress, one bedside table, wardrobe with built in full-length mirror and chest of drawers (the TVs, freestanding mirrors and bookshelf are sadly leaving with us!).

The rent per room is £400 a month (not including bills). Deposit is £400 per room. Bills come to around £70 each month.
The house is a 5 minute walk from Lawrence Hill train station, a few minutes walk from a bus stop (taking you into the centre of town in 20 minutes) and a 5 minute walk from a Tesco/Aldi/Lidl.

Our housemates are 2 fab girls, Ali and Alba (they are a couple), and the room will be available from 28th October.
