Bedminster house share seeking 1 new tenant

I am looking for someone to move into my 3 bedroom house share just off North St, Bedminster. Choice of bedroom either upstairs or downstairs, both well lit and big enough for double bed/desk setup. Upstairs room is slightly smaller.

Available from the 6th of July.

Current occupants include myself and one of my friends. I am a full time software developer and my friend is a chef. We are both avid climbers who do a lot of indoor climbing, mostly bouldering. We are quite busy, so we prefer the house to be a calm environment that we can come home to relax in.

We're looking for somebody to take the place of the leaving tenant. No restrictions on whether you're a student/young professional, however you should probably be coming to the end of your education as we are both 24+.

As the house is rented through an agent, you will have to pass all of the normal background checks/referencing that they require, as well as pay your share of the deposit (£625) and regular agency fees (£350).
