Penthouse with 2 balconies - en suite, bills inc

Hi,

I've just moved to Bristol and am looking for a housemate!

A little about the flat...
It's the penthouse of a newly built block on Pennywell Road. There's one balcony that goes around the side, and a bigger one at the front, which is great for socialising. I'm decorating it to make it a nice garden for the summer!

Your room is furnished with a bed, chair, cabinet and built-in wardrobe. I'm about to have some extra shelves put in your wardrobe to make it as functional as possible.

As there's an en-suite in my bedroom, you get almost full use of the bathroom to yourself (the only exceptions are when I need to get to the utility room, which is accessible through the bathroom. As my en suite only has a shower, I might make use of the bath from time to time, but it'll be rare-ish).

The rest of the flat is fully open plan, with French doors from the living room out onto the main balcony.

All bills are taken care of, so you don't need to factor that in.

A little about me...

I'm 28 and a freelance copywriter (usually working from home; though I'm looking at getting an office soon). I've just moved here but know a few people in the city so will have friends over for dinner and drinks etc. once or twice a week. I'd love it if you could join us! And if you want to have friends over as well, that's great. It would be nice to treat this as a house share. We do have to be aware that other people live in the building though, so we can't have any loud parties I'm afraid.

I have a friendly little cat (named Disco, after Disco 2000... Hope you like Pulp!) so I'm looking for a real animal lover. If you're just 'fine with animals' it's probably not for you - when she knocks over your cup of tea or something, you'll have to be an animal lover not to get annoyed! Extra points if you offer to feed her if I'm away one weekend :)

My interests are generally on the arty side of things. I love finding new artists, music, theatre, film etc. I'm also a total History/Anthropology geek.
