Lovely HUGE double with en-suite available

My absolutely ginormous double en-suite bedroom is becoming available from the start of June (move in date relatively flexible). I am really sad to leave as I've had a great time in this house share, but I've gone full adult and bought my own place so the time has come!

The room is lovely, light and airy with high ceilings. The en-suite is a toilet, sink and shower and some storage. I'm really fussy about weak showers but this one is absolutely amazing. You are also welcome to use the family bathroom which has a shower and bath.

Furniture wise the room comes with the bed, a table and a built in wardrobe. I furnished the rest with the free standing wardrobe and drawers etc. I am happy to either sell them on to you or take them with me, whatever you may want.

The house comes with a big lounge and separate dining area (open plan). We have free-view and new broadband which is fast. The kitchen has all the amenities you will need (washer/drier, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven etc etc) and is also stocked full of baking stuff! It has a great breakfast bar area where we tend to hang out as a house.

We've also got a back garden with a patio which is great for BBQs in the summer.

The house is situated off the lively Northcote Road which has an absolute ton of bars, pubs and restaurants. Within 5 minutes of a Co-Op and 10 minutes to a Tesco, Waitrose and M&S. 10-15 mins to Clapham Junction station depending on how quickly you walk. 2 mins to the bus stop which will take you to CJ if you don't fancy walking. 5 mins to the bus stop for Clapham Common (10 mins).

You'd be living with three lovely people. Ellie (consultant at one of the big four and a fantastic baker), Paul (cyber something at one of the big four) and Aaron (training to be an actuary). Everyone is really chilled and we all got along really well. Everyone is quite busy during the week but usually at home in the evenings to have a chat whilst cooking dinner etc. If you like Rugby you'll definitely fit in fine.

We have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight who does the all the common areas and then hoovers the bedrooms (£10 each).

Bills are very reasonable, they come in at around £80 per month which covers everything.

There is on street permit parking available.
