Looking for a student/professional to share a 2 bedroom city centre flat. The other occupant is a 22-year-old female student nurse.

The flat is situated near the Castlegate end of Union Street, ideally placed for train and bus station, 25 minute walk to Aberdeen University and perfectly placed for bus travel to RGU.

The flat is fully furnished and consists of two generous double bedrooms, spacious living room, kitchen (with washing machine) and shared bathroom (shower only).

Looking for a quiet, clean and tidy individual. As with previous flatmate relationships there is an expectation that each occupant tidies their own room and shared areas are kept clean, tidy and dishes/clutter free by both.

Prospective occupant must be a non smoker and have put their partying days behind them (the odd drink here or there is fine!).

The building consists of 10 flats with secure buzzer entrance. It is a quiet residence and largely occupied by working professionals so loud music and parties will not be tolerated.

No Pets. No Parking although a permit for zone F can be applied for from Aberdeen City Council.

Majority of bills included (council tax is the occupants' responsibility. Please note a student occupant may be exempt from council tax.)
