Double room off Lisburn Road

I am looking for someone to share a beautiful newly decorated 2 bed house with me for 12 months.

The room:
• One of two double rooms:
Attic DOUBLE room in an L-shape. Photo shows two single beds but these will be removed and a double bed inserted in one slot and chest of drawers in the other. Built in wardrobe.
• A TV will also be provided in the bedroom addition to the lounge room.
• Large bathroom to be shared with me.

The property:
• Modern stylish apartment with separate lounge, dining area and newly equipped kitchen. Small outdoor terrace area perfect for reading a book/ storing a bike/ drying clothes.

The location:
• Excellent location - a quiet residential street just off the Lisburn Road, across from Drumglass park.
• 1.5 miles to city centre and 20 min walk to Queens University etc with frequent buses on the doorstep.

Bills:
• Electricity and oil central heating costs will be will be shared: should be between £30-40 per month.

• WIFI and rates included in rent.

About me:
• I'm a friendly 36 year old and am doing a doctorate at queens university through which I am working in the NHS. I usually work 9-5pm and often go to the library in the evenings and some weekends. I consider myself to be a considerate flatmate who is clean, tidy and reliable. I might go out socially into town once or twice a month but mostly enjoy spending my spare time doing yoga, going for long walks in nature, watching netflix and reading. I would like to take up hiking this year as well! I am from Limerick and have a lot of friends in Dublin who I sometimes visit at the weekend. This is not a party house and more about striking the balance between giving each other space and privacy as well as having a chat/ watching tv/ glass of wine.

About you:
• I'm looking for a friendly, tidy, clean and considerate housemate. Professionals preferred or a postgrad student and references will be required. This is for a 12 month contract.

Parking is on the residential st outside but there’s plenty around and it’s safe.
