We have beautiful double room to rent out in our flat in new Brighton Marina development. Building has 24h security, lift, storage room for bicycles, and possibility of renting a parking space. There are many restaurants, cafes, cinema, bowling club, casino, petrol station, and 24h Asda in the Marina complex. There are direct buses to city centre and universities.

FLAT
Flat has got two double rooms (one of them is occupied by us) fitted in woollen carpets through, and double glazed windows. Our fully fitted open plan kitchen - living room leads to large decked balcony overlooking Marina, cliffs and Roedean College. Shared bathroom is fitted with ceramic tiles and has shower and bath tub. There is separate laundry space with washer dryer, and storage. Whole flat is equipped in ventilation system which prevents moisture condensation.

ROOM
Our cosy double room is fitted with neutral colours, furnished with very comfortable day-bed, wardrobe, desk and a chair.

All bills, broadband, service charge and council tax are included.

ABOUT US
We are a couple of professionals working full time, and one of us is studying part time . We have 3 beautiful cats, and a dog.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Female, ideally student or professional, single occupancy only. You have to love animals, as they are big part of our lives, and this flat. Someone that's not allergic to pets. We would like someone clean, outgoing and respectful. We are looking to rent out a room from 6th August, for minimum 2 months.
