Double room in Marston Rd, very close to Hospital

Double room in a really lovely house located in a very quite and convenient area for Hospitals, Universities and to city centre.
All bills are included plus Wi-Fi and TV with Skype.
You will be sharing just with a professional, mature and very tidy couple (l know for experience what is living in a 5 rooms shared house). We are 35 and 36 years old.
The living room is very nice with a double sofa and dinner table. The kitchen is very new with all stuff so you don't need to bring anything.
We have front garden and back patio.
House is about 10 minutes walking to JR Hospital, 1 minute to bus stop and 3 minutes to Co-op and a pharmacy and close to universities. It's located 25 minutes walking to city centre or 10 ciclying.
It's very convenient for a student or a professional who is pet friend as we have two lovelies rabbits in the patio (just in the patio, not indoor).
We are looking for a mature person who is clean and tidy and understands we rent the room for "you", not for you and "my friend who is coming to have some beers" or to you and "my boyfriend who lives in London and will visit me mainly on weekends)". It's a two ways thing as we don't bring visitors at home. Don't get me wrong: we are so friendly and easy to live with and for that reason we want to keep home as a peaceful place to stay.
The room is available from 1st September.
