I've just moved out of my lovely room due to relocating for work. It's in a 2 bed house in Roath very near the lake. It has a small garden, gorgeous open plan kitchen/dining room and a separate living room.
Looking to find someone asap, move in date would be 1st August at the latest, but the room is available now. £600 a month would definitely cover rent and all bills inc. wifi.
The bedroom is light and airy, freshly painted in white with all white furniture. And a brand new en-suite with a fabulous shower.
It's a quiet road so plenty of parking right outside the house. No permit needed!
You'd be living with Sally, she's great and really easy to get along with. 33, full time recruitment consultant, very sociable but also loves her own space.
