Spacious, furnished double room in great location

Hey,

I currently have 1 double bed room available in a spacious 2 bed flat with a free car parking space in a gated off-street car park.

The flat is situated next to Headingley train station, which is ideal for any morning/evening commute straight into the city centre as well as having a bus stop at the top of the street.
The flat is centrally located right next to Headingley as well as a short walk to Kirkstall Bridge Shopping Park; (Morrisons, M&S Foodhall, PureGym, HomeBargains, Costa) which is super handy for pretty much everything!

For me, the flat size is perfect. It isn't huge but for 2 people I think its great. I usually gym every morning before work so I enjoy spending my evenings mon-thurs just chilling after work, making a decent meal and winding down with a glass of red in front of the TV. On weekends, I'm always out and about whether that be in Leeds or away visiting my friends/boyfriend. I'm easy going and a pretty laid back person to live with so I'm just looking for a person similar really.
