Sunny double with ensuite in easygoing share house

Great share house in Bedmo, very sunny and with plenty of space. There are 3 rooms, 3 toilets (one is the ensuite in master bedroom), a gigantic kitchen, backyard, lounge, and dining areas. There is loads of storage space and access from residents off street parking at the back which is great if you drive (or have a kayak like our last housemate).
We’re super close to south st park, a little tesco for emergency supplies (open Sundays!) and a 5 min stroll to North Street for Tobacco Factory, Souk Kitchen and all that good stuff. Within a 5 min cycle you've got Aldi, Lidl, Victoria Park, Redpoint. With the airport bus at the end of our street you can be at the airport in about 20mins.

The room advertised is a great double with bathroom and exclusive use of our off street car space.

Current housemates are Sarah and Kelly an Australian and American we’re friendly and easy going, into doing outdoorsy stuff, sport, climbing, a bit of cooking (lot of cooking these days), travelling and love good food, beer, coffee and design. We're looking for someone who is similarly pretty easy going and social - we're both professionals so won't be having any crazy mid week parties but in pre covid times often like to have people round for dinner, the odd BBQ or to head down to one of the many amazing pubs/bars on North St.

At the moment we have been getting creative to stay active and social whilst following the government guidelines (you may be called on to help defend our zoom beerpong championship title). We have worked full time throughout about 30% and 70% from home respectively.
First round of interviews likely to be zoom or a chat outside somewhere with viewings being organised on an individual basis in a safe and fair way for everyone.
