*15 min drive to City Hospital and QE Hospital
*1 mile to Harborne High Street
*bus stop for city centre at end of the street (82 bus brings you straight to Colmore Row)

There is also a lovely back garden (with shed) which is ideal for bbq’s during the summer.

I would like someone that will treat it like their home and respect both the contents and the neighbours.
