Room in a Central 2 Bed Flat

Hi there! My current flatmate is moving out so I am looking for someone to take up the second bedroom in this lovely flat. You will have a large double bedroom and a private bathroom (not en-suite).

The flat is stones from from Deansgate. It is an amazing location with loads of bars, shops and other activities around. The tram stop in 1min away and Oxford road station is about 7 min walk away.

The shared space is a very generous open plan living kitchen. It also has a lovely balcony. The flat is fitted with all appliances cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also two storage cupboards (great bonus) This flat was a great find!

I am a young professional hoping to soon become a qualified architect. I work usual 9-5 so I won't be around much during the week. In the evenings I often go to the gym or other classes. On weekends I enjoy a nice meal or a few cocktails with an occasional bigger night out. I love food and enjoy cooking at home a lot. So you might be in for a treat! I like to keep the flat neat and tidy and tend to look after it quite well.

I am looking for someone to not only live with but ideally becomes friends with. While I respect the need for personal space, it would be nice to have a flatmate to share an occasional meal in or out with or a some other activities with.
