We have a lovely Double room that gets lots of afternoon sun and overlooks a park and garden. The area is nice and quiet and benefits from a lot of light. It's also furnished and comes with a double bed, large double wardrobe, chest, mirror, lamps etc all included.

The flat itself comprises of one bathroom with a power shower, one WC and an open plan kitchen / living room leading on to an enclosed garden with access from the back so bikes can be stored securely. The garden's another space to hang out and have BBQs! :)

We are currently a mix of 25-28yrs old professionals, an English bloke, a Welsh girl and a Kiwi couple.
We are a sociable lot and often hang out together. During the week we generally chill in the lounge, eat too much and watch TV series. We also enjoy our own space and respect that some times you just want to relax on your own. We are looking for someone with a similar sort of outlook, who will treat the house like a home and feel comfortable in shared spaces.

There are no silly admin fees, and bills are fixed at £52 per month - which includes council tax, unlimited wifi, TV license, electricity (plus lightning fast insurance if any problems with plumbing or electrics occur!). The deposit is one month's rent and there's a one off charge of £21 for the government deposit protection scheme - which protects your deposit.

The landlord is great and gets any problems sorted asap!
