Double room in modern home

Hi folks :) I have a double room available in Langdon Park (perfect for Stratford - Canary Wharf!) and am looking for a lovely person to take it after 21st July.

It’s a top floor room (did someone say penthouse?) next to the bathroom. The house is very spacious with a big kitchen, dishwashing, washing machine, 2 fridges, dining area, two bathrooms/showers (no queuing up in the morning) and a comfy living room with a projector and speakers - take a look at the pictures!

There’s a great sized garden and we’ve been making full use of it for sunbathing and BBQs recently.
The house is a leisurely 5 minute walk to Langdon Park station and a short walk from big supermarkets, a gym and Chrisp street market. It’s about 15 mins to both Stratford and Canary Wharf, and if you like running you can easily get to the Olympic Park by going up the canal from the house.

The rent is £623 and the bills add up to about £80 per month (electricity, water, gas, internet, cleaner). All bills are equally shared in the house between the tenants - we use the Tricount app which makes it really easy to keep track of.

The housemates are super friendly working professionals from the creative and digital industry. We love to cook and hang out together.

We are looking for someone friendly who can hang out but also know when to give space. Someone tidy is a huge bonus!
