Room available is a large double, double wardrobe, ensuite bathroom, all furniture included, large widows with shutters. House is a two-storey cottage. Both bedrooms on the ground floor, stay very cool in summer. Top level is living room, kitchen, balcony with BBQ and extra storage. Very high ceilings throughout house with feature beams. Includes dishwasher & washer/dryer.

Bills likely to be around £185+ per month - (Council Tax £106 each per month, Internet £15 each per month, elec/gas will fluctuate likely between £65-85 but we don't know yet!).

Bringing the total rent for the room (incl. bills to roughly £1,385+ depending on electric etc...)

Very cool 31yr old American girl, works in tech. Loves travelling, Netflix, exercise. Fun and easy going.

Someone clean, we keep the house to a high standard of cleanliness. Someone who loves to explore London, is equally happy going out or staying in with Netflix and wine.
