Nice double room (for one person) in a 2 bed spacious flat with a friendly housemate (live in landlady) for a full time OR Monday - Friday let (rent negotiable for Monday - Friday). Available 9th Feb. Min 3 month contract.

I'm looking for a female tenant who who is laid back and respects the flat as if it is their own, is clean and tidy and who is fairly independent.

THE ROOM
Situated at the side of the flat the room comes with a double bed, a wardrobe (with a mirror) and chest of drawers. You are welcome to bring your own bits and bobs to make it feel like home. There's on street parking outside the house and there is also off street parking available should you need it.

There are 2 bathrooms in the house, I have an ensuite and there is another bathroom, with a bath and shower. On the whole this will be your bathroom, but it is also the bathroom that visitors use when they come over to the flat.

THE FLAT
The flat is a really lovely, bright and open space. There is an open plan lounge and kitchen which is a lovely place to relax. The space also has large floor to ceiling windows that open out into a garden. The space is great for entertaining and perfect for BBQs or just relaxing in the sun.

TRANSPORT
15 minute walk to Norwood Junction Station where you can get the train into central London:
-11 minutes to London Bridge
-25 minutes to Victoria
-London overground to Highbury and Islington (via New Cross Gate, Canada Water and Shoreditch)
-Thameslink to Bedford (via St Pancras International)

AMENETIES
There are lots of shops near Norwood Junction station, an Aldi, various greengrocers, chicken shops, Tesco express etc. There is also a large Sainsbury's nearby.

Crystal Palace is a 5 minute drive/25 minute walk and there are lots of cafes, pubs, restaurants and bars located there.
