The bedroom is fully furnished. Furniture to buy out for £150. (double bed with mattress, wardrobes, cupboard, small desk ...) as shown on the pictures.
The deposit is £425.
Smoking is not allowed within the house but it is doable outside in the garden.
There is no animal in the house however we have the neighbour's cat visiting us on a daily basis for cuddles.
A new contract will be made for 6 or 12 month. The fee to renew the contract is £150.
