Professional, lovely 3 Bed House Share

Shared kitchen. 2 breakfast bars.

I'm a live-in landlady looking for a housemate to take the master double bedroom with wall to wall built-in wardrobe. Very comfortable king size ottoman bed with large storage space underneath. The floor is laminate flooring, in good condition and clean (so no grubby carpets).

People from all backgrounds and cultures welcome.

This is not a multiple occupancy house, just three bedrooms and three people in total. If you decide that you would like to come and view the house, you will hopefully meet my other lodger who has been here for 16 months.

Shared Areas/Utilities:
Use of a large fully furnished cozy living room, which includes Internet TV and dining table.
A large bright conservatory which is used as an alternative living room with double patio doors that lead on to a large south-facing garden.
A large modern kitchen with a double oven, ample cupboard space, 2 breakfast bars, a washing machine, a large fridge freezer, microwave, and a wide range of shared kitchen utensils and equipment.
A modern clean bathroom with a shower cubicle.
The house has Superfast Fiber-Optic Broadband Wi-Fi.(100Mbps)
There is ample parking on the road is it is a very quiet street. There is also room for two cars on the drive.
Outside the conservatory is a new patio and the rest of the garden is work in progress however, there is access to a very large shed that is useful for storage.

No smoking indoors but outside is absolutely fine.

This is also an adult-only house.

The house is located 2.8 miles from Leicester city centre.
10-minute drive to M1 & M69.
Very close to major bus routes into the city (2 min walk to bus stop). The house is also within Leicester's Arriva's bus service Zone 1.
7 minutes’ walk to one of Leicester's Park and Rides, which goes directly into the city centre, taking only 10 minutes.

Local Amenities.
Close to local amenities including Leicester Forest East’s Post Office, Coop, newsagents, chip shop & Chinese takeaway.

A Bit About Me:
Up until the recent pandemic, I worked music festivals throughout the summer. Before this, I co set up a Community Interest Company that grows food for Leicester’s Foodbanks and I have since been involved in running social distancing craft workshops.
