Hello potential flat mates
I'm looking for a new flatmate to share my big west end/city centre flat.
The flat has a large living room, kitchen and shared bathroom. The flat is in a excellent location on Woodlands Road short walk to Byres Road, city centre and Great Western Road. The 4 bus goes from outside the front door to the south side or to the west end. Charing Cross station is only a 7 min walk away!
I'm currently writing my PhD thesis and often work from home, so would prefer someone who works 9-5... This flat is my little haven!
I have a dachshund puppy, so you need to be comfortable with small, adorable dogs.
The bills are about £35 pcm. Gas and electricity are a fixed rate.
