I am looking for a like minded professional to rent a spacious, modern Double Room in my flat, which is available from 1st September.

I have lived in Ashford for 3 years and have recently purchased this fantastic flat.

The flat is situared at the bottom of Ashford High Street, opposite St Matthew's church making it very easy to walk to the local shops, restaurants and pubs.
Ashford train station is only a 5 minute walk and the bus stops outside make for easy travel to Staines, Feltham and other destinations.
There is ample free parking to the rear of the property.

All bills are included and references will be required.
There will be no administration fee.
A deposit will be required (one calendar months rent) and this will be placed in the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.

The room is fully furnished with a brand new kingsize bed (with under-bed storage), bedside cabinet, reading lamp, fantastic extra large fitted wardrobes (which include drawers), additional storage space and a full length mirror.
The room has high speed BT broadband available via Wi-Fi.

Lounge, Dining & Kitchen
The flat has a large sociable living and dining area with a seperate kitchen. There are two sofas and a seperate lounging chair.
There is plently of space to cook, dine and relax. From the living area there is access to a sunny balcony.
The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, 4 ring hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher.
There is also a washer/dryer.
There is ample cupboard and fridge/freezer space. All cooking utensils, plates and cutlery are provided.

42" HD Smart TV connected to the internet.

Bathroom
There is a large bathroom, with a shower and bath.
There is also a seperate additional WC.

A little about me!
I am a professional working in central London in the field of logistics for a well known fashion retailer. I moved to London 5 years ago from the North East and have decided to settle in Ashford.
I am looking for a like minded professional who has similar interests and would treat the flat as their own.
I enjoy playing hockey, attending Crossfit, visiting the gym and popping to the local for a pint or two. I am also a keen traveller and an avid Newcastle United fan!

There is a large lockable inside storage space for bikes, golf clubs etc.
