Straight/gay friendly, House is decorated to a high standard the Room available has double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, Tv, ( if required) iron & ironing board which you would not be sharing. The room is on the first floor, has its own bathroom and is not shared.
House is close to Asda, Gym, KFC, B&M Argos and many more shops and take aways. It is Walking distance to city centre / Oxford Road, universities MRI ( hospital)
Excellent bus routes from outside the house.
We are three professional guys who have full times jobs, myself and my partner own the house and have one other living here, we are easy going and friendly, like a drink over the weekend and you would be more that welcome to join us with a good film or music.

Looking someone who is VERY CLEAN & TIDY and cleans up after themselves.
