The flat has the fantastic convenience of Lewes Road with supermarkets within 2 minutes, bus stop 1 minute away on the 25, 48 and 49 route (which is a night bus as well) We have all mod cons, broadband, washing machine etc and we and great pubs such as the Gladstone and the Martha Gunn. ‘The Levels’ are 8 minutes walk away and the town centre beach and station 22 minutes walk. Lewes Road is a lively road so if you require total silence for your nights sleep maybe its not the flat for you!
The room has a small wardrobe, a 4 foot double bed, a large chest of drawers, a desk cabinet and is very homely.
There is lounge diner, kitchen has dishwasher and lounge has a large tv and also a table to eat at, with views up Lewes Road onto the Downs in the distance. There is broadband and Netflix too.
Flat is also occupied by me, Sara, a designer who is also into music, reading and socializing. I would prefer to share with a professional, female, (but I will see anyone!) someone who is clean and tidy, will do their fair share of chores and who is sociable but also happy in their own space as well. My party days are (almost) over so certainly not looking for a party animal.
No smokers, couples or pet owners please.
Please note sensitive types, the flat is above a funeral directors, although no ghosts have been seen to date.
If you have a car permits are approx. £140 a year and the parking is zone ‘V’.
There is no room for a bike in the property or the communal hall although there are bike stands a minute from the flat.
Rent is £535.00 a month, all inclusive, required upfront, along with one month deposit (also £535.00)
