I’m sad to see our two lovely housemates leave for greener pastures. There are two rooms up for grabs from early November.

House is the real deal, clean, tidy, washer, no dryer sorry, gas stove and is a stones throw from a decent spar and about a 10 min walk to Lisburn rd, 15 to botanic/QUB, and approx 20 min to the city.

Ideally looking for a professional or postgraduate student.

House contains considerate professional who is pretty laid back, cook lots and will share high quality banter and tea on regular occasions.
