The double room has loads of storage space and there's space for a bike if needed. Lovely view from window and not overlooked. Excellent bus service to Poole / Canford Heath / Bournemouth nearby and on-street parking available. 20-30 minute walk to Poole Hospital / Poole town centre.
My partner smokes but never indoors, and the house doesn't smell of smoke. There is a purpose built timber shelter outside the back door with a bench and table for any smokers.
Monday to Friday letting also considered.
