Huge, beuatiful double room to rent!

I am looking for one only, cause one room is gone :)
The Flat is in Dennistoun, 15 minutes walking to Strathclyde campus and only 20-25 to the centre. The room is fabulous and fully furnished, the kitchen (which would be shared among us 3) is really huge and the bathroom would be shared with me only.
The area is really nice and quiet and a Lild is literally just 50 meters away. Deposit is one month rent, which would be 500£ pm, 470£ if you decide to pay quarterly. Bills are excluded and would amount at around 25£ pm each + 9£ wifi each.
What else can I say... Let me know something about yourself if you want and tell me if you want to arrange a viewing :) the third girl would be a really nice student from NY.
