I have. a lovely spacious double room close to the short and Ocean Terminal in Leith. The room has a working space , TV and all bedding and towels would be provided. The bathroom that you would have exclusive use of is two steps from your bedroom and has a good sized walk in shower.

The flat is spacious and there is a shared open plan living room/ kitchen. A large smart TV is available within the living space and Wifi is good throughout the flat.

The flat is on the 5th floor and has a good balcony with views of the port and Arthur’ s seat. There is on street parking and also options for parking nearby without charge.

The area has lots to offer and operated very good bus services across Edinburgh and to the airport.

I am a friendly person who enjoys others as well as my own company. I am looking for a tidy flat mate who would treat the space the same as their own home while enjoying this lovely flat and the experience of sharing a house. I am also very respectful of others privacy. During the week I often work from home but also have a busy sporting ( rowing) and social life so I am out and about quite a lot.
