House consists of:

Double bedroom master bathroom (the room I am looking to rent)

2 parking spaces (+ off road parking)

All bills are included. I currently don’t have a TV license as I have a smart tv and have Netflix and prime account but willing to get one if it is needed.

The bedroom I am renting has its own bathroom, a double bed (+new bedding), wardrobe, bedside table and drawers.

I currently work at a local architect practice (so I walk to work along Bristol to bath cycle path). I also do some freelance work so am often out at weekends on projects. When I do have time off I like seeing my friends and entertaining, going to the pub, watch films and love to cook.

Located on the Bristol to bath cycle path and near buses that have direct routes to town. Lots of people in the area also attend UWE or work at the MOD near Filton so good location for jobs and amenities.
