Room to rent in sociable house share, as I'm moving in with my partner. I am looking for an easy going, friendly replacement to take my place from 3rd October. Young professional preferred but post-grad student also considered.

Rent is £410PCM with each housemate paying an extra £100 for bills. Room is a large double, furnished with chest of drawers, wardrobe and double bed. Free and plentiful on-street parking directly in front of the house and down side streets. Shared spaces including two bathrooms, a large living room with dinning table and kitchen opening out onto a secure courtyard garden with plenty of pot plants and space for bikes. Bus stops to the city centre and Cowley Road are a short walk away as is easy access on to the ring road and A34, which makes commutes either in or out of Oxford convenient. Local corner shop and Sainsbury's Superstore are also within close walking distance.
