I am a postgraduate student at the RNCM looking for a friendly flatmate to take the master bedroom in my two bedroom flat. It is a first floor flat and is cosy and clean, with a fairly new kitchen which includes a small dishwasher and a washing machine. The flat is decked out with Fibre Broadband, and the comfy living room sofa centres around a TV (though no TV license yet!). This also doubles as a sofa bed, making the flat well equipped for visits from friends and family!

The flat is in a great location, just a 20 minute walk to the Manchester University campus and 25 minutes to RNCM. Otherwise it is only 5 minutes to Oxford Road with great connections in and out of the city. Its proximity to the point on Oxford Road where the curry mile starts is convenient, as is the nearby access to the Lidl supermarket and Tesco Express alongside other shops, cafés and bars.

The room itself is large, and comes furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a double bed (these are not displayed in the photos, but will be installed by the time you come to view the apartment - should you choose to do so). One of the walls of the room is wood-panelled, which gives a nice feel to the room. You would be welcome to decorate the room in any way you desire, with nails and screws for pictures, blu-tac, etc.
