I have a large spare double room in a two bedroom non-smoking flat available for a short term 4 month rental.
The flat is located in central Hove, one block away from the seafront, and a ten minute walk to Tesco Superstore on Church Road. Five minutes from Hove Museum.
There are good public transport links into Brighton and Hove but no parking unfortunately.

The flat has a large West facing shared living room that gets the afternoon sun and has a balcony. It is a comfortable space with sofas, TV and large folding dining table. The kitchen adjoins the living room and is reasonably spacious.
Even though I have a washing machine the flat does not have any facilities or space for drying clothes therefore please use our local launderette for both washing and drying.
I can't afford a cleaner (sadly!) therefore you'd need to help ensure the flat is clean and tidy.
There is one shared bathroom.
The spare room has a large single bed which can also be pulled out into a double depending on preference.
There is under bed storage and the room has a hanging rail for clothes and some drawers and shelving.
The room contains my book collection as I am an avid reader but there is plenty of space regardless.
Bills including council tax, gas, electric, water and broadband are included.

I am looking for a nonsmoking professional preferably female lodger.

I work full time and tend to spend a lot of my spare time in the living room watching TV, reading and generally relaxing. I generally like a quiet flat and happy neighbours, so no loud music please or drunken late nights.
I have a long term partner who spends half his time at my flat with a view to full time in the near future. We are both non smokers. We both try to keep fit and are socially active. I do occasionally have family and friends stay over.
I'd rather my lodger didn't have guests or partners to visit or stay over.
I do not have pets and would rather no animals please!
I will require a lodger agreement to be signed and references.
I will obviously want to meet you once or twice before deciding.
The length of the agreement may be extended if I feel the arrangement works well. However initially four months will be fixed as per the agreement.
