Double Room in great Clifton location

We are two professionals in our early 30s looking for a third professional to join us from October 20th (this can be up to a week earlier if needed).. We have a sizeable unfurnished double room available in a modern 3 storey house in a great Clifton location.

The room is a medium sized double and you’ll get your own bathroom. The house is modern, and we have all the usual appliances including dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine/dryer, oven, and microwave. The kitchen and living area is open plan and we also have a lovely private roof terrace.

Rent is £550 and bills come to around £130 per month. You will also need to pay an agency fee of £120 for a new contract. 

We are in a great location just off Whiteladies road, which boasts many food shops/ supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Although a buzzing area, we are situated off of the main road, so it's really quiet. We are a 5 minutes walk from Clifton Down station and there is an active bus route along white ladies road, which can take you into the Centre of Bristol or the harbourside in around 15/20 minutes. ‘The Downs’ is also just a few minutes away where you can picnic, go for a walk or run.
