Very Large Double Bedroom to Rent in Southsea

I’m renting out the largest bedroom in my house in southsea. The house is a Victorian mid terrace, excellently situated almost directly opposite Waitrose and only a two minute walk to Palmerston road, 10 to the beach. The bedroom (and the whole house) is fully furnished with high quality antique furniture. As a result, I need a sharer who can respect this, this is not a party house, and never will be, there are plenty of bars just down the road, however! The room also has two built in wardrobes with extra space above each one. Would be happy for you to contribute to it having some use! I’ll be doing the general cleaning, and there’s a dishwasher in the kitchen and washing machine and tumble dryer.

I work for myself, so I have no set work patterns. I’m not too bothered about the sharers pattern. I like playing the guitar (which I promise I will never do if you are at home, you don’t deserve that kind of torture), and I am really in to cars, so a car person would be a bonus, but not essential. I’m very easy to live with, and I don’t spend all that much time at home.

All bills included including virgin 100mb fibre broadband and Netflix and amazon prime video. Please ask me for any more info!

Ideally I’d like a someone also to move in Early July.
