I Have a room which I would like to move out of as I want to live at home, £100 a week and is in a great location, convenient stores across the road with parking outside the front door, plenty of takeaways and restaurants 5 minute walk away down the longsight market. Lidl and Asda literally a 5 minute walk away and is so convenient!
In terms of the room it is a nice furnished room which includes a small tv, 3/4 bed, wardrobe and cupboards and built in wall units, luckily the room has a really nice En-suite shower and toilet which you’d be pleased to know about (shower is big). You will share a big lounge/kitchen with two guys who are really friendly and chilled out!
The tenancy is I think 44 weeks long and will end in August and is £100 a week including ALL BILLS AND WIFI. Deposit is £369 which you will get back and one months rent is needed upfront which is £369 also!
Reason I have decided to move out is due to not being in unit many days and wanting to spend more time with family:)
